Frequently Asked Questions
Will my vehicle be able to tow the trailer?
Most 1/2 ton trucks today are capable of towing around 10,000 pounds, and all of our units fall within that range. It’s important to consider not just the trailer weight, but also the weight of your load when determining if your truck is suitable. We recommend using an Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Hitch with 1/2 ton pickups for added stability and safety. If you’re unsure of your towing capacity, we’re happy to help you figure out exactly what your vehicle can handle when booking.
Do you offer multi day booking?
We offer 1 day, multi day and multi week bookings. The longer you book, the more discount you get
Can I cancel or modify my booking after paying the $85 cancellation fee?
The $85 cancellation fee is non-refundable and secures your booking time. Since it holds your slot, cancellations or changes will not result in a refund or reduction of this fee.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, your automobile insurance should cover anything you tow. You would need to confirm with them before taking delivery.
